The best thing to do is to focus on yourself and to refrain from getting mixed up in problems between other cam girls, or from talking badly about another model. This is simply part of staying professional and it should be looked after on the internet just as it would in any other job environment.

Here's what you should remember:

• Occasionally, members will try to cause “drama” solely for the purpose of their own personal entertainment. This may include spreading rumors or talking about other cam girls during shows. Keep in mind that most of the allegations you'll hear are probably false. Try not to jump to any conclusions if you hear that another model has been reportedly talking ill about you. This is just meant to upset you and to cause unnecessary drama.
• If you do feel that a cam girl has actually offended you in some way, then do this privately and away from the view of members. Remain calm and don't lose your temper or use fowl language. This will only make the problem worse and heighten emotions. Behaving in a mature, professional manner is always the best way to handle conflict situations. Remember that you don't even know if what you heard is true, so there is no reason to attack someone before you know all the facts.
• Most cam sites have an option that allows you to block other girls to enter your shows or chat rooms. This is a good idea if you want to avoid unnecessary drama with other girls. If other cam girls do have access to your chat rooms, they very often “prey” on your members during a show and can potentially steal them away from you. Others may choose to create a fake user account and sneak into your shows this way. Not all girls are like this, but keep in mind that a few may go to these lengths to get more members.
• Never speak poorly about another cam girl during your show. This is absolutely unprofessional and simply unappealing to viewers. If a member starts talking ill about another girl, try to ask them to stop as well. You never know who could be listening and watching your show. Talking badly about another person or encouraging others to do so simply makes YOU look bad.
• If you're not having the best day at work, it isn't because of another model. Keep this in mind and don't blame others for your temporary troubles. Stay focused on yourself and keep things positive. Jealousy and anger are natural human emotions, but you should try to practice keeping them in check and confidently overcoming negativity.
